Warm Up - Turf Drills - knee hugs, butt kickers, power skips, baseball shuffle, karaoke, high knees etc...
followed by 1 Lap around our building - about 1/4 mile
NEXT, do 3 Sets x 10 Reps
-Cross Body Slams
-Push Up to Shoulder Tap
-Inch Worms (5)
Main Set #1 - 4 Sets x 10 Reps
-DB Squat & Press
-BB Bent Over Row
-Suspension Overhead Arm Extension
-DB Hammer Curls
Main Set #2 - 3 Sets
-Sled Push - Down & Back
-Run a Lap (1/4 mile)
-Sledge Hammer Chops - 10 Reps
-Vertical Rope Pulley - 60-80 Reps
Finisher - 3 Sets x 25 Reps
-Hanging Tucks/Leg Raises
-Russian Twists
-Buzzsaw Planks
