Coach Brian will show you one round of each slam ball workout routine but you can do as many as you feel is challenging and will add to your workout/exercise routine!

Routine 1:
15 Jumping Jacks
10 Slams
5 Box Jumps (3 rounds of each)
Routine 2:
10 to 1 Slams
Push-ups
Routine 3:
1 to 10 Slams
Jumps
Routine 4:
Tabata 4-8 Rounds
20 Seconds on & 10 Seconds off
Slams
Routine 5:
Amrap (5-10 Min)
5 Slams
5 Burpees
Give one or all of these workouts try tonight or in the morning.
