Suspension training is awesome for total body strength and especially for core development. Here are 25 of the top exercises you can do with suspension straps. You can do these exercises at the gym OR at home.
Suspension straps are portable and fairly inexpensive and you don't have to use a fancy anchoring system. Simply use the door anchor attachment that comes with the set of straps and easily convert your doorway into a home gym space.
There are 100's of exercises to do with suspension straps but these 25 exercises are some of the very best for building a super strong set of ab muscles while also building up muscles over your entire body!
