Muay Thai Fighter Workout [Body Weight ONLY]

In this workout video, Mike coaches the crew at CriticalBench through a fighter inspired body weight ONLY workout that completely destroys everyone!  This total body bodyweight workout consists of 4 circuits, each circuit containing 4 exercises.

This routine may seem simple enough at the start but with limited rest and movement patterns new to all in attendance (none of us are professional fighters), this quickly became one of the HARDEST, most exhausting workouts we've ever done!  Just watch as the sweat starts flowing and the smiles turn to misery...of course I mean that in a good way!!

2 ROUNDS of Each Circuit

CIRCUIT 1 - Warm Up

Side to Side - 20
Front to Back - 20
Push-up & Knee - 12
1-2 1-2 Sprawl - 10

CIRCUIT 2

1-2 Hook Knee Sprawl - 7/side
2 Jumps & Sprawl - 10
Long Plank (low) - 30 sec
Long Plank Walkout (high) - 10

CIRCUIT 3

Bull Frog to Sprawl - 10
Block-Elbow-Knee-Knee - 10/side
Shoulder Touch Burpee - 10
Plank Hold (side) - 30 sec each

CIRCUIT 4

Knee-Knee-Swing Kick - 6/side
Squat Knee - 10
Body Saw - 10
Long Plank Push ups - 7
