10-Minute Arm Workout

Arms were pumped and feeling great in less than 10-minutes total and that's no exaggeration.  You can see the workout on the CriticalBench fan page from last Friday.

The only equipment needed for this workout are DBs and a bench.  The key is to do the 2 activation exercises first and you're already primed, pumped and ready to go so you only need one set of each exercise after that.  

The entire program is split up into 5-workouts a week by body part, but like I said, I finished the arm workout in just about 10-minutes and my arms feel tight and swollen.
