I don't know about you, but most of my clients want to have their workout completed by 30-minutes, not just finishing up their warm-up!

But the issue is TURNING ON those sleepy muscles so that you avoid injury and effectively move your body for strength gains and fat loss.  If you rush into a workout without a solid warm up, it's far more likely that an injury or strain will occur...

Is there a way to go from 1st gear to 5th gear so you can get more accomplished faster?
