jelly bean & pizza diet?

Well, yes, kind of...
When people 'forbid' certain kinds of foods on a super restrictive diet, they lose the fat loss battle before they've begun.
Most of us fail at anything when there are HARD rules to adhere to. Think about when you were a child and your parents said, "You can NEVER, ever go in that room!"
What did you want to do more than anything...go in the room. And you got in trouble for it. What if that was handled differently? Would your desire to enter the room be so strong if you got a "taste" of what was in there?
The same feelings apply to our diets. If they have too many hard rules like do this, don't do that, we will FAIL every time because it's not sustainable.
The restriction shouldn't be on the items we eat like pizza and jelly beans but on the Quantity.
