5 minute stretching routine BEFORE lifting

We all KNOW we need to warm up before lifting....but how many of us actually do a good job of it?

I'm not talking walking on the treadmill or doing a few jumping jacks (although a few minutes of that is good too!) What I am talking about is priming the muscles and raising your core temperature so your body is prepared to work hard.  This is not only necessary for performing at your best but also to help prevent injury.
