Published: Tue, 06/02/20
Hey Friend,
We have a fun video to share with you today... It's a total body metabolic conditioning workout that Transformation Expert (and personal friend) Lee Hayward filmed while visiting our Compound last
week.
He shot this while visiting and it came out awesome! We go way back and Lee is among the "OG's" of the online fitness industry, so it was fun to catch up and have a workout.

During this workout we did the following exercises...
Kettlebell Swings - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Prowler Sled - 2 laps down and up
Wall Ball - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Glute Drive Machine - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
High Rope Pull Downs - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Reverse Hyper Machine - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Sandbag Burpee / Deadlift / Press - 2 sets of 10-12 reps
Battle Ropes - 2 sets of 100 reps
Ab Wheel Bear Crawl - 2 laps down and up
Frog Humps - 2 sets of 50 reps
This is a total body workout with a lot of emphasis on the lower body. It's great for both building lean muscle and burning body-fat at the same time.

Many of these exercises He's never done before, so it was a lot of fun having him try new things.
