How to WARM UP Before Squats or Deadlifts

What that means is effectively and purposely doing movements that will activate and wake up the muscles you're intending to work. In order to maximize your results, you must do TWO things, find your range of motion and WAKE UP the muscles responsible for taking your body through that ROM.
