How to FULLY develop your legs (REAL TALK)

Too many fitness enthusiasts and even fitness trainers have no clue what they are talking about.

Many Are Stuck On The “It Worked For Me So It Will Work For You” Mentality.

Or they use outdated advice based on decades-old training methods, instead of using the latest science combined with real-life experience with clients.

To make it even more challenging, social media fitness “celebrities” are more interested in your “Likes” and “Follows” than passing out training advice that works.

(Even though they have the body you want, guy or girl… keep in mind they’re not working full-time, probably 20 years old, don’t have kids, work out 3 hours a day, have great genetics and may be taking supplements among other things of some kind. But hey, none of that matters, right?!)

That’s not just bad, that’s DANGEROUS.
