I'm 100% serious...breathing, something we all take for granted.

Deep belly breathing helps release tension in the neck, shoulders, back and the whole body so your muscles will relax and help bring the head and body into balance.

Most of us breath far too shallow because we have ugly posture for hours at a time throughout the day from computer and cell phone use.

Hey, I'm totally guilty of this...I mean I'm typing right now!
