Think about it, ONLY eating what nature provides...nothing artificial or processed. 

I know I'd last about 3-4 days before going crazy but I've heard from a ton of people who have gone the "Paleo" route that it does get easier over time...

We actually begin to crave the crappy food items in our diet less and less after several weeks without them. Sure you can still have your cheat meals to get that pizza or burger you're missing but overall, eating super clean has a ton of upside:
