10-Minute Arm Workout

Your arms will be pumped and feeling great in less than 10-minutes total and that's no exaggeration.
The only equipment needed for this workout are DBs and a bench. The key is to do the 2 activation exercises first and you're already primed, pumped and ready to go so you only need one set of each exercise after that.
The entire program is split up into 5-workouts a week by body part, but like I said, I finish the arm workout in just about 10-minutes each time and my arms feel tight and swollen every time.
