Why FLAT Glutes are Unhealthy...

There's nothing good about having a flat butt...



If there's one thing I know for certain, all high level performance athletes have strong glutes.  Look at ANY sport...running backs, shortstops, guards and goalies in hockey or soccer.  They all have big round butts.

I'm not trying to be funny...getting to know and understand HOW your glutes impact the entire body is vital for all athletes.  Most of us focus so much on leg strength, back strength, big pecs and vascular arms that we often neglect the muscles that truly make us powerful and healthy.

The glute muscles are super important and connected to just about all body movement and function and if you focus on them, everything else follows.
