2,000 lbs of pressure to loosen THIS tendon

Published: Thu, 04/13/17

The iliotibial band is a tendon that's on the outside of the leg down by the knee.  And if you know anything about tendons, you know they are extremely strong.

On some athletes, this area is VERY tight and can be super painful while running and doing squats and other lower body exercise.

The problem is you CAN'T foam roll a tendon.  It would take 2,000 lbs of force to loosen that IT band but there are TWO muscles you can foam roll to give yourself some needed relief.

Foam Roller IT Band Relief - Roll out THESE Two Muscles!

Stay Strong,
