5 Minute Workout or Warm up

Here is a great total body mini band workout that will take you 5 minutes...yes, I said FIVE minutes.  

Use this as a warm up routine OR do additional sets and reps and make it your workout for the day!  Trust me, I love training heavy with barbells and dumbbells like most guys but sometimes our body needs a break from the pounding and this routine is exactly what you need for active recovery.
