5 min workout

It is possible to destroy yourself with just body weight training.  Of course weights are always part of my weekly workout "diet" BUT it is nice to mix in some body weight plyo training from time to time to improve explosive strength & power with a nice side dish of conditioning which helps with fat loss. 

Try doing THIS Plyo Box Workout that features a 5 minute AMRAP (as many rounds as possible)
-5 box jumps
-10 plyo push-ups
-20 mountain climbers

Do this non-stop for 5 straight minutes, work the entire body and burn a ton of calories.
