The foam roller has become a necessity for athletes at all levels to help with muscle health, mobility and pain relief.

I know how much I've benefited from doing foam rolling before a workout.  It helps to wake up my legs, hips, low and upper back and shoulders.  I actually feel READY to hit the weights after 5-10 minutes of using the foam roller.  

Think of it as self-massage which helps blood circulate better while breaking up scar tissue that forms over time in your muscles.

Do these 3 foam roller shoulder exercises to hit all 3 heads of the deltoids.  They are super easy to do and they even feel good.
