I think we can agree that lifting Heavy Weight requires tremendous force. That goes for Powerlifters, Olympic lifters and Strongman competitors.  And there is one common thread that connects these explosive athletes and that's SPEED.

Doing things FAST helps you move heavy objects more effectively.  So if you're looking to improve power, looking to get faster and trying to become a better athlete, do plyometrics.  Include these plyos in your training and watch your strength sky rocket.
