Walking is totally underrated and I'm going to tell you why...

Most of us sit too darn much.  We sit down to eat, to read, to watch TV, to look at our tablet or cell phone, to drive and the list goes on.

With ALL of that sitting we actually damage and abuse our hips and the hips are at the center of our power and strength, ask any athlete.

Now I say walking is totally underrated because that simple act of being vertical and moving does so much to wake up those sleeping hips but I have something even more helpful for you...

Try doing THESE Hip Activation Exercises before leg training or any kind of workouts for better performance.
