What guy doesn't love bangin' some plates around at the gym?

No one I know :)

You already know that using free weights is FAR superior to machines.

But we get complacent in our workouts fellas.  Sometimes we lack creativity and it can be hard to break away from what we've grown comfortable with.

But the gym shouldn't be "comfortable," it should be challenging and a little scary.

So to help remedy that problem, I recommend some rope exercises to help with speed, strength and definitely some fat loss.
