How to do a Barbell Landmine Press (Shoulders & Core)

Who needs fancy equipment to do really cool exercises...
Grab a barbell, add some weight and start doing this exercise for shoulder, arm and core strength.
The landmine press is fun and a totally different way to do overhead press work. If you've never done it, be sure to start light so that you get used to it.
This is a great exercise to use in a circuit with say some pull ups and jump squats or lunges.
