rope a dope

Ropes come in handy...we can climb them, jump them and pull things with them...

When it comes to training, ropes are excellent strength tools! 

And battle ropes (or battling ropes) have become widely used for this very reason in gyms and homes every where.

If you want to work on muscular endurance, speed, explosiveness or good ole fashioned fat burning, the rope is in a league all its own.
