push up challenge

Some guys blow off push ups as a body weight only exercise that's good for a warm up but doesn't provide enough OOMPH! for the body to grow.

Sure, heavy DBs and BBs will always be the best but you can't be one dimensional in your training.

As I've gotten older, this has become all too real for me.  The body must be able to move in multiple ways for ultimate athleticism.

These push up variations will challenge you to become stronger and a body weight badass.
