Suspension Workout - Full Body Strength Training (3 Exercises)

So I'm giving you permission to take a break from some of the grueling barbell and dumbbell training you've been doing...it's okay.
Try doing this total body suspension workout consisting of only 3 exercises every other day this week (or next). Do it for 3-5 rounds with minimal rest and keep the reps fairly high.
Your upper body muscles get blasted along with your abs while you give yourself a day off from the heavy stuff...think of it as a deload week :)
