Vegetarian Bodybuilder Competes At Mr. Olympia On Only 85 grams of Protein a Day

Recently, I was at an event where I got to catch up
with some good friends of mine.

 

We got to chatting and we were BLOWN away
with the conversation we had and we got it
all on video to share with you.


Get this; our friend Wade Lightheart has competed
in Natural bodybuilding competitions on multiple
occasions
including the Mr. Olympia and Mr.
Universe. 


He placed really well and was among the top
competitors.


Wade, now in his mid 40's, walks around at 200lbs
and
sits at under 10% body fat year round and he
is 5'9


The shocking part?


Wade is a VEGETARIAN.


Now, I know Vegetarians can build muscle. That's not
the truly shocking part. The real kicker is that he only
eats about 85 grams of protein a day!


In bodybuilding circles that's literally unheard of.


Wade tells us all and we we're literally SPEECHLESS
with his explanation and the shocking story behind his
methods and muscle "cocktails" he puts together.

We also learned about an INSANE (but true) incident
where Wade and one of his workout partners were able
to complete a 200 SET WORKOUT with NO REST
periods 
and STILL FEEL like they could run a marathon
at the end.


It took 3 ½ hours!!


How did they do it?


They were just sipping this "cocktail" with two key
ingredients
and
the next day, to their own surprise,
they woke up without any muscle
soreness or major
fatigue.  


Heck there was even one time when I was at Dave
"The Muscle Cook" 
Ruel's wedding and later that
weekend I got a stomach bug and Wade 
suggested
the same powerful cocktail to combat the illness.
