“Turn On” the Hormone that Releases and Burns “Trapped” Fat
Published: Tue, 11/10/15
are higher in pockets of fat that are adjacent to the contracting
muscle. (Stallknecht, 2007).
This means if you train your abs, or ANY trouble spot area,
the right way-at the right time, the fat on the outside of that
area will be "burned off" first—instead of last.
The main reason this is even possible is due to the difference
in the number of capillaries in muscle vs. fat.
Simply put, the number of capillaries in fat tissue are much
greater than the number found in muscle, which means that
more blood flow and hormones can travel to fat tissue.
So by contracting muscles that are right next to your most
stubborn fat, you instantly create blood flow to your hard-to-
get-rid-of areas.
But “heating up” your trouble spots is only HALF the
equation.
Without activating the hormone Norepinephrine, which is
also a neurotransmitter in the sympathetic nervous system,
your “trapped” fat will never be released.
One of the easiest ways to create this “effect” is to alternate
back and forth between high intensity exercise bursts and
exercises that are closest to your trouble spots.
For example, super-setting back and forth between sprints
and ab exercises can potentially help you target more belly
fat.
However, you’ll most likely never see visible results with this
particular approach until your body fat is low enough.
But there is ONE piece of equipment that can create blood
flow, release hormones, AND burn an insane amount of fat
and calories…all in ONE shot:
A Suspension Training System.
The secret comes from a new and constant stimulus (blood
flow) that forces your body to use new muscle groups in ways
you’ve never used them before.
These exercises create microscopic muscle tears, and when
your body begins to rebuild and recover…your metabolism is
elevated, and more fat is burned (even while resting).
And that’s not all.
A suspension trainer uses ALL 600 MUSCLES on your body.
Muscles you didn’t know you had.
And for the next few days, my great friend, Dan Long is running
a special HALF off discount on his cutting edge system for my
readers:
191 Suspension Exercises That Burn “Stubborn” Fat (LIMITED time only)
I’ve been up front about this time and time again…
I LOVE free weights (dumbbells and barbells).
But when I’m in a hurry, traveling, or need to change things
up to keep from hitting a plateau…
Suspension bodyweight training is another go-to strategy
inside my fat-loss tool kit.
Keep training hard,
