Can you Squat 400-500 lbs but ONLY do 5 or 6 Pull-ups?
Published: Mon, 11/02/15
There are a TON of guys out there squatting a freakin' house but are unable to do a handful of pull-ups or even do push-ups nonstop for a minute.
What good is that max effort strength when you're muscles can't even move your own body effectively?
If it was years ago and an animal was chasing you, climbing up a tree would be out of the question and you're dead :)
All jokes aside, your strength-to-weight ratio is so outta-whack that you've actually put yourself in serious danger.
Besides being super strong for a one-rep in the gym, a man should NEVER be willing to forfeit "REAL-WORLD" strength and be incapable of doing his share of push-ups and pull-ups.
If you can Squat a House and Deadlift a Car but can't do push-ups and pull-ups well you need to see this now.
Keep training hard,
