This BLEW Me Away

You see…
As you know, I’m a big fan of new strength & muscle building techniques. So any time research proves a method for packing on muscle quickly… my ears perk up.
But this was RIDICULOUS!
There was a group of researchers in Paris France that tested a unique method of isometric exercises and found that the participants increased strength by up to 54%!
These people were NOT high-level athletes. They were every-day dudes like you and me.
As I dug deeper into isometrics, I found even more studies that showed how you can pack on muscle too using short isometric workouts you can do anywhere.

See the picture above. The guy is tensing his muscles using a technique called Maximal Voluntary Contraction. Its a way of "recruiting" all of your muscle fibers so you achieve greater muscle and strength gain, even faster.
Maximal Voluntary Contraction For Greater Strength & Muscle <= learn how in this article
If you have been trying to get stronger and build more muscular but have little time and DON’T want the potential of injuring yourself with heavy weights… try this Maximal Voluntary Contraction Technique.
Keep training hard,
