If you're spending too much time at the gym
and still not seeing strength and size gains
for your pecs, STOP doing what you're doing
and follow this workout instead.
The side effect of training for strength is muscle
mass BUT (if you're like me) you still want to feel
a pump and have some sets with higher reps to
help with hypertrophy.
Don't be AFRAID to lift heavier weights and do a
ton of sets at or below 5 reps...when you mix that
approach with some higher rep work, you create a
deadly combination and force the muscles to respond
by GROWING!
