Obstacle Races & Mud Runs

Personally I've done the tough mudder 3x's plus the
Spartan Race.
One of our new coaches Brian Klepacki is an expert in
endurance training and he's put together a new program
called Mud Stud.
We're all following it now to prepare for our next
Mud Race.
It's 6-weeks long and there's a beginner option as
well as an advanced program to pick from.

I'd like to give it to you for free.
