time to hit the beach

Published: Mon, 05/18/15

Summer is right around the corner.  So how would
you feel if your buddies called you RIGHT NOW to
go hit the beach?

Would you be excited, or extremely embarrassed at
the thought of others seeing you in your bathing suit?

You see, there's ONE problem that you run into every
single year without fail.  You wait too long to get
started!

Most people wait until June or July to get "beach ready"
and by then it's too late.

The good news is, you still have a little bit of time to
melt away that belly, so you can enjoy summer to its
fullest

If you have been following a workout plan, then the
next 4 weeks is perfect to strip away those last few
extra pounds before the trips to the beach, the pool
parties, or just being out in the sun doing yard work
or gardening.

And the best part is, all you need is an extra 10-
minutes to burn off that last bit of fat that’s covering
your abs.

Why just 10 minutes?

Well, according to the U.S National Library of Medicine,
your body releases the MAXIMUM amount of your
Master Fat-Burning Hormone (aka Growth Hormone)
after just 10 minutes of intense exercise.

Flatten Your Stomach in LESS Than 10-Minutes a Day

Makes sense, right?  When you go hard for longer than
10 minutes without a break, the intensity drops off and
you start going through the motions.

And when you have Growth Hormone flowing through
your body, it literally attaches to your fat cells and
SHRINKS them…which doesn’t happen when you hit
the treadmill for a half-hour.

Imagine each of the thousands of fat cells in your body
right now, shrinking like the air being let out of a balloon.
That’s why this 10-minute breakthrough is so powerful
for burning fat.

Now, if you’re already killing it with your current workout
program, just add in a 10-minute burst at the end of your
workout to get ripped just in time for summer.

Trust me, you’ll be surprised at how much work you can
get done in such a short amount of time.

Keep training hard,
