WEIRD Trick Reduces Chronic Pain 21% and Depression 25%

There’s a battle of two wolves inside all of us.

One is evil.

It is anger, jealousy, greed, resentment, lies, inferiority, and
ego (I always joke that EGO stands for Edging God Out).

But the other wolf is good.

It is joy, peace, love, hope, humility, kindness, empathy and
truth.

Which wolf wins?

The one you feed.

(Cherokee Poverb)

Deep down inside we alI have a bad wolf who wants to
dominate our lives and take control.

For example, the good wolf inside me wants to go get my
workouts done, eat clean, be a great dad, husband, and
Christian—give back to the world, and change people’s lives.

But my bad wolf wants to sleep in without an alarm clock,
skip my workout, slack off, eat cheat food, surf the internet
all day, and watch movies on the couch all day.

BOTH of these wolves exist and are alive inside my head.

And they fight with each other EVER day long like Dr. Jekyll
and Mr. Hyde trying to see who can win.

Guess what?

YOU have the same two people inside YOUR head too.

The “good wolf” in you is who you want to be.

- In control and emotionally stable.
- Confident but humble.
- Driven yet balanced.
- Focused and productive.
- Unselfish and kind.
- Patient and persistent.

On the other hand, your “bad wolf” is the person you must
learn to despise.

- It’s the person we’re embarrassed about.
- The one we’re not proud of.
- The one who opens their mouth and says stuff we regret.
- The lazy ass that gives up when things get tough and
makes us feel like a friggin’ loser.

And here’s the thing…

The big bad wolf is always there… inside your head ready
to take over and screw everything up.

But don’t try to ignore or deny your bad wolf.

Acknowledge its existence.

If you don’t, they’ll take over your life without you even being
consciously aware of it.

But then you need to STARVE them.

The ONLY way to do this is to FEED the good wolf inside you
BEFORE your bad wolf takes over.

THIS is how you take away ALL the bad wolf’s powers and
paralyze him from taking over your life.

One of the weirdest tricks I’ve ever used to battle against the
big bad wolf is, believe it or not, this type of music:

Wholetones—The Healing Frequency Music Project

It’s the most powerful mood enhance I’ve ever used to help
me battle against my bad wolf.

In fact, throughout our entire history, music has had the
power to transform us spiritually and physically.

And we're now discovering what the ancients have known for
over 3,000 years now – music also has the power to heal.

In an article published by The National Center for Biotechnology
Information
(NCBI) in 2009, Dr. Assad Meymandi writes:

"Since ancient times, music has been recognized for its therapeutic
value. Greek physicians used flutes, lyres, and zitters to heal their
patients."

They even used vibration to aid in digestion, treat mental
disturbance, and induce sleep.

Even Aristotle knew the power of music could heal the sick.

Aristotle (323–373 BCE), in his famous book De Anima, wrote
that flute music could arouse strong emotions and purify the
soul.

Today we're discovering how we too can use music to
heal, repair, and protect against disease.

In fact, a recent study by the UK-based Journal of Advanced
Nursing
 has revealed some impressive findings:

- Chronic pain and other painful conditions reduced by up to 21%
- Depression reduced by 25%

And more and more, music is being used in hospitals to soothe
postoperative pain, lower blood pressure, and boost immunity.

The reason for this is because music can balance hormones,
boost the release of endorphins, giving you a greater sense of
peace—which could lead to faster recovery and give you more
profound healing.

And that's the reason I'm writing you today -- to tell you about
new musical frequencies have been known to stimulate your
body’s natural healing power down to the cellular level.

It’s called Wholetones: The Healing Frequency Music Project
and I gotta tell you – I’m impressed.

People are saying this music has helped restore healthy sleep
patterns (where your body’s healing happens), relieved stress,
calmed kids with ADHD, mended broken relationship, and has
even boosted productivity.

Just click here and enjoy what some are calling a modern miracle.

Keep training hard,
