people in the late 1800's were capable of
developing physiques like this. As you can
see, they were!!! And...

Believe it or not, but his physique was so
spectacular, that it was reported that women
fainted when he would perform his muscle
act on stage!
 
Crazy, right?

However, what's even more impressive is
the fact that these men set physical records
that have never been beaten to this day!

In fact, the man in the pic above could lift
over 200lbs overhead with ONE HAND!
