Back when I first started really seeing results
over a decade ago, there was one man I
looked up to more then any other...

In FACT, you've probably never even heard
of this man before. He's from the 1800's
and in my opinion has one of the best
physiques (and ABS) I've ever seen!
What do you think?

And... this is before steroids, machines, modern
bodybuilding or any supplements for that matter.
