3 Best Bodyweight Exercises of 2014

There's plenty of great exercises out there...
I mean, on my desktop I have a document that contains over 150
different exercises... And that's bodyweight exercises alone...
So when I say these are the 3 BEST Bodyweight exercises of 2014,

The three exercise below are something that everyone reading this
should incorporate into their training on a weekly basis...
These are also something you should work on improving and get
stronger with each and every week...
So what are the 3 BEST exercises of 2014 that I am referring
to?
Take a look:
Exercises #1 - Pushups
Quite possibly the best upper body exercise around. The pushup is
perfect for building strength, endurance, explosiveness, speed, and
more.
And the best part is, you can do them anytime, anywhere.
Make it a goal to improve your pushups over the next 4-6 weeks. If
you can do that, you will be surprised at how much of a difference in
