unlocking tight hips

Published: Thu, 11/27/14

Maybe you're driving a few hours today to
go visit some friends or family for
Thanksgiving.

Luckily I'm just headed down the street to
my friend Joel Marion's house with the family.

If you're anything like me you don't like
long car rides because the moment you get
out of the car you climb out of the car
slowly, stiff and tight and maybe even let
out an audible "ughhh" as you try to stand
up straight...

This is the extreme version of what it's like to
have tight hips.

Here's the kicker - because of all the sitting we
do in our everyday lives, we go through life and
through our workouts with tight hips. It's simply
the norm.

However, when you actually experience what it
feels like to unlock your hips, it's like when you
suddenly realize you've been driving with the
emergency brake on and you release it - you can
give it the same amount of gas and go a whole
lot faster.

I'm sure this has happened to you, hasn't it?

So if you don't "release the brakes" and unlock
your tight hips, you're walking, climbing stairs,
squatting, deadlifting and running with the brakes
on.

And just like driving with the brakes on, you're
wasting energy and wearing your muscles and
joints out.

If this all makes sense to you, then check out the
fastest way to permanently unlock your tight
hips so you can finally drive without the brakes
on and reclaim your power while keeping your
body healthy:
