Everyone knows the deadlift is quite possibly the ultimate test of manhood and is often referred to as The King Of All Exercises. The task is simple -- see that barbell over there? Now go pick it up.  And just keep adding weight to the bar...

Seems like a simple task that doesn't require much thinking but when broken down, the deadlift is very technical and quite difficult to master. Don't do another deadlift workout until you learn these tips to perfect your form:

Most people say the deadlift is simply a hip hinge that you do in every day life and that's true but when you do a hip hinge in every day life you're not doing it with a few hundred pounds! 

Either the deadlift will add some BRUTAL size and strength to your body OR it will BRUTALLY beat your body to a pulp and leave you spineless... Obviously not what you're after so watch this video to do it right:

Lastly, the deadlift is very tricky to program due to it's intensity to your nervous system (CNS).  This video will gives you a full blown workout to "trick" your body into getting stronger.
