Here are some additional tips I've learned over the years about getting bigger arms:

1. Arms do better with higher frequency. They are a small muscle group so they recovery faster.  If arms are a focus of yours, train them twice a week. One day strength-based and one day size-based.  You'll get two examples in this vid:

2. Get used to the "basics" and do them often.  On top of that, execute flawless movement. In a moment you'll which exercises we consider "basics".

3. Finish your arm workouts up with some high rep workout. It's all about the pump (in my best Arnold voice)! In this Arm Workout you'll see two absolutely crazy ways to achieve this... if you can handle it...
