Here are the 10 Specialization Routines outlined step by step

Method 1:  Size, Shape & Muscularity Giant Cycle Specialization
Not to be confused with "giant sets" Giant Cycles are bodybuilder
tested brutally intense workouts that maximize metabolic and
cosmetic hypertrophy.  Simply stated...you'll gain size, shape and
muscularity.

Method 2:  Strength Advantage - One Exercise Only Specialization
If you want to gain the most amount of strength in the shortest
time, the best thing you can do is specialize on one main compound
lift like the squat, bench or deadlift.  You'll still train other muscles,
but you'll focus on your main lift you are trying to increase.  Lots
of workouts for this  method 2.  Over 12 different strength routines.
 
Method 3:  Power-Bodybuilding Specialization
If you've been reading my emails for any amount of time you should
know what this is all about.  It's getting strong and looking good at
the same time.  Don't be a weak muscular looking guy and don't
be a fat strong guy.  Be ripped and strong with this method.
 
Method 4:  Bi-Lateral Deficit Specialization for Symmetry
Sometimes you just don't look right when some body parts are
over trained and some other under trained.  This evens out your
body parts. Do you want your right arm bigger than your left arm?
This makes your body look better by making the left and right side
match.

Method 5:  Tendon & Ligament Mass Specialization
Do you know why guys who take steroids without putting their
time in the gym get hurt?  It's because their muscles got bigger
but their tendons and ligaments didn't toughen up yet.  So the 
muscles can handle the weight but the tendons and ligaments
can't.  Think of this as your foundation. Make it solid and you can
get as huge as you want and be able to support it.
 
Method 6:  Rheo Blair's 4-Week Bodybuilding Specialization
Wanna look like you could compete?  This is the routine a 
famous nutritionist from California who trained stars like
Richard Howorth, Larry Scott and Frank Zane.  These were the

Method 7:  Arnold's Forgotten Muscle Group Priority Training
We tend to focus on our big muscles....but you know what
Arnold figured out?  Focusing on smaller muscles like forearms,
the lower back, and calves with as much intensity as your other
muscles could really take your physique to the next level!
 
Method 8:  Frank Zane's 2-Week Specialization Strategy
It's Olympia Weekend. Speaking of which...Frank Zane was
a 3X Mr. Olympia and he has an awesome program for 
bringing up lagging body parts for you to try. It's only 
2-weeks long but really tough.
 
Method 9:  Stuart McRobert's 3-Part Hardgainer Specialization
Blast your way through a sticking point so you can continue
to make gains.  You're not "really" a hard gainer.  You just 
need to implement the right program based on where you're
struggling!
 
 
 
Method 10:  Leo Costa Jr's Body-Part Specialization
Here we go this. This is the fan favorite.  There's a full blown
workout routine that focuses on each body part.  Whatever your
