Is Fight or Flight a Myth?

I'm the first to admit I have an addictive personality.
Typically I don't watch a ton of TV but if I get into a
show I will go on a binge and watch all the episodes.
show I will go on a binge and watch all the episodes.
That's what I did a year ago when I got into this show
called, Scare Tactics. Tracy Morgan was the host and
the premise of the show is to work with the TV show
to set your friends up in really scary situations.
If you're in on the joke, your friend will honestly think
their life is at risk.
It's pretty sick...but it's pretty funny to see how scared
people get when they think they are being attacked by
zombies or aliens or lunatics.
Why am I bring this up?
Well I think I got a kick out of the show because I like
to see how people "actually" react. It would make me
wonder how I'd react.
Everyone talks a big game, but when the pressure is on
99% of the people on the show did absolutely nothing.
They just freeze.
Why is that anyhow? Is there anything you can do
about it?
The Chief Instructor of Strength Psychology, Mike
Gillette answers these questions for us on this new
YouTube video.
