3 steps to build muscle faster

My buddy Tyler told me about this in 
Orlando during a business hangout and
I have to agree.....
 
..."Walk into any gym and what you'll see
is a bunch of scrawny weaklings performing
their reps with Barbie weights trying to
sculpt their shrimpy biceps and pecs
with set after set of goofy isolated exercises,
right?

Now don't get me wrong, Isolation Training
and Split Routines work great when you're
trying to sculpt the last 5%. But... You have
no business doing them until you've already
built the first 95%!


The reality is, every great bodybuilder has built
the foundation of their body using BIG compound
movements. Things like Back Squats, Deadlifts,
Rows, Bench Presses, Pullups, Presses, and Dips

were the foundation that made up 95% of their
muscle gains.
 

But... Just performing these exercises without
step #2 is as BAD as not performing them at all.
