Chili superfood recipe
Published: Thu, 05/08/14
It's been a while since my wife has made Chili. She usually
cooks up a batch on Sundays during football season, but
I think I'm gonna ask her to make this recipe.
It's called, "Beef & Black Bean Chili" and it's from our
newest release called, Pain Fighting Superfood Recipes.
The recipes in the cookbook all contain anti-inflammatory
foods filled with antioxidants, nutrients that help with
digestion and greatly boost your immune system.
This one is all protein and fat (yes fat is good for you)
and made from real food, not fake processed stuff.
Servings:

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1 Yellow Onion, Chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Colored Bell Pepper, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
1 Lb Ground Grass Fed Beef
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
10 Tomatoes, Chopped
1 Cup Cooked Black Beans
½ Cup Cooked Kidney Beans
1 Tsp Sea Salt
¼ Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Directions:
Heat coconut oil in a large saucepan on medium-high.
Add onions and peppers. Cook for 3-5 minutes or
until softened. Add garlic and cook for an additional
minute.
Add beef, sprinkle with chili powder, and cook until
browned, stirring occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce
heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Keep training hard,
