SPRINTS

This weekend I took my family to the beach. It was a
cloudy breezy day at first so I thought I could wait and
get some help putting on some sun tan lotion later.
My wife was busy with the baby and I was running
around playing with my 3-year old. Before I knew it
I felt that tingly itchy burny feeling on my back.
Well payback's a bitch...nobody had time to help dad
put suntan lotion on, and now I need help putting aloe
on daily.....haha
Anyway...I'm going to workout indoors for the next
few days, but a lot of times on Wednesdays Coach Chris
and I like to train outdoors at the park near the office.
You just can't beat the fresh air and sunshine.
We'll bring a pair of kettlebells, a battle rope, and a
weigh vest.

One exercise we never forget to do is SPRINTS.
For me they are the hardest part of the workout, but I
love them.
