How to Fix Forearm Pain

Ever had pain in your forearm or elbow?
 
A couple years ago I had a really bad pain near my elbow
and it was bothering me while bench pressing.
 
Around the same time I was interviewing a grip strength
specialist named Jedd Johnson for my Weekly Muscle Building
Expert Interview Series and knew he would be the guy
to ask about this.
 
He gave me a few good exercises to do and it only took
a few days for the pain to go away.
 
One of the exercises involved filling a 5 lbs empty jug
of protein powder with uncooked rice.  
 
All I had to do was dig my hand into the rice and open
and close my hand from a fist to an open hand with my
fingers spread apart.  
 
If you've ever suffered from elbow or forearm pain don't
let it keep you out of the gym and PLEASE don't resort to
pain-meds or other things that just cover up the problem
but doesn't solve it.
