Chaos Exposure Session Video

One thing crossfit got right is incorporating the aspect
of "competition' and "challenge" in your workouts.
of "competition' and "challenge" in your workouts.
Strength & Conditioning Coach Travis Stoetzel agrees
with me that in order to get the best gains possible
from your training program, you have got to COMPETE
(but in a smart way)!
Not that you have to compete against another person
(which is always fun), but more importantly, that you
have to compete against YOURSELF.
This is important to do in order to push yourself to the
next level and like I said, it's a critical component to have.
Now, with that being said, Travis has sent me a FULL
workout taken from his newly released program,
The UNBREAKABLE BADASS Blueprint. 2.0
Within in his program he has something he likes to call,
"Chaos Exposure Sessions".
These give his program just the right amount of "chaotic"
programming that you need in order to push your results
above and beyond.
He has 4 different types of these "Chaos Exposure
Sessions" which include:
1 - Strength /Power Metcons
2 - Interval / Pace Sessions
3 - Grinders
4 - Kardio King's
Each of these different set ups are unique in their own
way and each challenge your body a little bit differently.
Today I've got an example of a "strength/metcon"
EXPOSURE session I think you'll love.
Overall, he's got 36 of these different "exposure" sessions
within his NEW system in addition to all of the other
"controlled" strength and power training he has already.
In any case, here's the set up:
1 - "Strength / Metcon"
3 Rounds For Time:
-10 DB Front Squats @ 50 lbs
-5 Deadlifts @ 365 lbs
-25 Push Ups On DB's
Note: Keep the reps listed above but adjust the weight
to something that's right for you.
***Record Your Score.

For example: 50 lbs, 365 lbs and 30 minutes.
***Use LESS weight if need be - loads listed are

Now keep in mind, before you hit this part of the workout, you'll
first hit up the main strength and power section of the programming,
which serves as the main structure of the system.
Overall, the design of this workout goes right along with Travis'
special "Controlled Chaos" method of programming which will
get you burning tons of fat and building lean muscle, but will also
help get you strong, powerful, and insanely conditioned.
Let me know how you do.
Keep training hard,
