Imagine taking all of the good that Crossfit has to
offer while eliminating the bad.

In other words, how would you like to see:
-gains in lean muscle mass
-increases in powerful strength
-drop in bodyfat %
-increases in your overall energy, stamina, and endurance
While avoiding things like...
-the Very good chance of getting hurt
-decrease in overall performance
-maxing out when you are fatigued
-overtraining & overuse injuries
