This is how you train your abs

If you're under the impression that a couple hundred
crunches and dozens of sit-ups are going to get you
that coveted ripped six pack, then you can pretty
much pinch yourself out of that crazy dream!

Coz that's all its going to be - A DREAM.

It sickens me sometimes to see the direction the fitness
industry has gone in today.The advice they give is so
unbelievably stupid and wrong, it makes me cringe.

And the one area which is the most thrown around
and wrongly propagated is training to achieve ripped
six pack abs.

1000 crunches
500 situps
200 side bends
50 trunk twists

1 result - NOTHING (except maybe a damaged core
and fatigued nervous system)

Sound familiar?

But instead of all this, if you'd train the body the way it
was meant to move i.e in multiple planes of motion, through
multiple joint actions...

Not only would you experience UNBELIEVABLY superior
results but you'd do it absolutely pain and injury free!
