Before doing any heavy strength training I'm one of

those guys that will put on some muscle cream before

the workout.

 

I'd put in on before even getting to the gym, because

if I put it on when I got there everybody would moan

and complain and catch me putting it on and tell me

that it stinks.

 

So I'd put it on my knees, elbows and lower back

before even getting in the car.

 

I liked it because it would make the area warm were

I applied it and I wouldn't really feel the soreness for

a bit.  It was like the cream was part of my warm up.

 

The place I trained when I used this stuff was no

fluffy fitness center.  Guys trained here for one reason,

to get stronger!

 

Sleeves cut off, heavy metal blasting, dirty bathroom,

guaranteed every time I did, people would gripe and

If I were to train as a guest at a regular fitness center,

there's no way I would even put the stuff on. Honestly

I'd probably get kicked out of a typical fitness center
